We were just 2 peoples. Hotel locate in olive trees forest. Problems is parking because it is outside to hotel separately. Suggest to load it to front desk after park car and drive car to parking lots. Generally hotel was good but note this hotel is for family group not single or couple."

"Otelin internetteki yorumlarına güvenerek rezervasyon yapmıştık. Ama maalesef bizim için hayal kırıklığı oldu. Öncelikle, konumu her yere uzak ve zor bir köy yolu. Sonrasında, odada ne bir buzdolabı ne bir klima var. Yani temmuz sıcağında soğuk su bile olmayan bir oda. Temizlik olarak sıkıntı yok. Ama televizyon, buzdolabı, gardrop, klima olmayan bir odada bu sıcakta konaklama yapılamaz. Biz 3 günlük rezervasyon yaptırmıştık, sadece 1 gece kaldık. "

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The rooms and bathroom felt uncomfortable to use, and overall maintenance was below standard. Proper heating was not provided; the main heating system was not working, and we were expected to rely on air conditioning, which was insufficient and unhealthy, especially in cold weather. This is a serious issue for a property located in the Kaz Mountains. Breakfast was also disappointing and did not reflect the quality or authenticity one would expect from this region. The only positive point was the staff — they were kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to help despite these shortcomings."
