Poor Customer Service
I booked this hotel for my friend and her son who were travelling from Tenerife back to Ukraine.
As instructed, I telephoned the hotel prior to arrival (I also sent a message via Facebook) and arranged airport transfer (their flight was arriving around midnight).
The girl I spoke to did not speak great English but I supplied all the detail required.
However, no airport transport was arranged and my friend and her son were forced to make their own arrangements - this was most disappointing.
Also, with my previous bookings through Expedia, the hotel cost has always been automatically taken from my card on arrival.
This was not the case this time and my friend had to pay at the hotel.
Overall a very disappointing experience !!!

Thank you for your opinion.
The card given in the booking will be charged at the time the Guest will write us - we don't have this information.
Guests pick up from the airport when they call us and they say they are ready to pick up - apparently no one has called us.
Contact with the reception is by phone or email, not by facebook
The staff at our reception desk speaks English well, they are sure to understand what you mean.
These inconveniences could have been avoided by informing us of the transport and charge of the card.
Welcome in the future, Surely there will no longer be any of these understatements
