The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and lots of cooking utensils. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed and one with a double bed and double sofa bed. In the spacious living room you can enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains. There is also a bathroom on both the lower and the upper floor. The highlight of the apartment is the roof terrace for exclusive use. The Serlesbahen are not far from the accommodation and offer numerous attractions for the whole family, whether summer or winter. Onder het gebouw is een ruime garage. Het is er zeer proper. Er was een zeer goed contact (Engels/Duits) met Helmuth. Zo was de koffiemachine stuk en werd de dag nadien een nieuwe gebracht ( Nespresso en Barissimo(Aldi) capsules zijn compatibel). De oven, microgolfoven en vaatwasser werkten goed. Zout en peper was aanwezig. Basis potten en pannen ook. De matrassen waren van goede kwaliteit, alsook het beddengoed en de handdoeken (klein en groot per persoon). In de buurt is er een Aldi en een Spar. De liften (Serlesbahnen) zijn op wandelafstand. Met het document dat je moet invullen voor je verblijf, krijg je 10% korting bij de lift. ##### N. D. Auf Nachrichten reagiert er sofort und kümmert sich. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön konzipiert und hat eine angenehme Größe. Sie war grundsätzlich sauber und auch schon früher frei am Anreisetag. - Es gibt einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge von der sehr großzügigen Terrasse aus. - Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausreichend. - Einfacher Zugang zur Wohnung und ein vorhandener Stellplatz in der Garage. Hier passt auch ein Familienvan hinein. - Osteraufmerksamkeit fürs Kind stand vor der Tür. Negatives: - Die Ausstattung in den Zimmern ist nicht wirklich ausreichend. Unsere Klamotten sind größtenteils im Koffer verblieben. - Das Haus scheint noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt zu sein. Rund um das Haus wird noch gearbeitet, was nicht ganz geräuschlos verläuft und gerade früh morgens doch eher stört. - Keine Handtücher für den Boden in den Bädern. - Messer in der Küche schon sehr abgenutzt und nicht scharf. Keine Mülltüten, Spültabs oder sonstiges Spülmittel. - Wasserkocher sehr stark verkalkt. - Nicht genügend Sitzgelegenheiten am Esstisch oder auf der Terrasse für 8 Personen. Am Esstisch können 6 Personen sitzen und auf der Terrasse 5 Personen. Ist auf den Fotos aber auch zu sehen. - Das Gästebett im unteren Zimmer ist ein Ledersofa. Weiß nicht, ob das tatsächlich für zwei Personen geeignet ist. Ich vermute eher, dass das Zimmer mit vier Schlafmöglichkeiten höchstens für den Aufenthalt einer kleinen Familie geeignet ist, nicht für vier Erwachsene. - Der Eigentümer war einmal in unserer Abwesenheit in der Wohnung, um Einstellungen an der Heizung vorzunehmen. Durch die vielen Schlafzimmer hatte jeder die Möglichkeit sich nach einem Tag auf der Piste zurück zu ziehen. Und mit zwei Bädern gab es kein Schlange stehen. Bei Problemen war unser Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und hat versucht zu helfen. Wenn alles klappt, kommen wir nächstes Jahr gern wieder.
