"Red Roof Inn used to be my spot when I visit Dearborn MI. I stayed at this location many times. No issues. No problem. I was suppose to stay 4/30-5/3 2026. I arrived early. I went to see if I could check in early and was told yes. I get the key and go to the room. I pull the sheets back. The sheets are disgusting, yellow spots and hair on the sheets. Carpet nasty. Chair nasty. Bathroom disgusting. No toilet paper or soap. The dresser was missing drawers. There was no phone, microwave or fridge. I went to the front to complain and was told I would have to upgrade the room to get a phone, fridge and microwave. I thought all rooms came with all three. Anyway to make a long story short....I was shown 3 more rooms. They all sucked. One had a bug crawling on the covers. I ended up leaving and coming back to get my stuff. I didn't feel safe. People were hanging outside my door."

"Breakfast here is some of the best I’ve had at hotels. I spent three separate weeks here and each room had an issue. First room the fan for ac/heat ea very loud and the fridge froze everything even on lowest setting. Second room same fridge issue plus toilet ran a long time. Third room the fridge worked well but the door had to be slammed to close. I had to pay attention to this when leaving each day so as to not have my room accessible to anyone walking in the hallway. Staff were friendly and you can tell the woman cooking breakfast really puts some love in it. "
