Location great,service good.Reception good.Natalia guide for tours was excellent.She went out of her way to accommodate us.Down side.Visitors need to pay more attention to their bill.Was overcharged ,However I checked and it was taken care off.

The hotel was clean and in a great location to Times Square but when i checked out i was told i had $120 credit that was not used. The lady said i got $30 a day to use toward food and beverage in hotel but i did not know that she said they should have told me at check in but they didnt so i lost it. That would have been a great help to me with cost because everything is so expensive there.

Helpful staff, good amenities, so conveniently located for midtown stuff. Perfectly fine room. Tiny bathroom, though.

Location was good I was changed for "Daily Dis" and I did not understand why.

I didn't like that I had to pay for wifi and there was no refrigerator in the room.
