Hello Victor, Thank you for sharing this important feedback with us. I truly apologize for the disturbance related to the remediation project happening at the hotel. This was unfortunately an unplanned project we needed to complete quickly due to damage done in one guest room that affected multiple. The necessity of timeliness made it difficult to keep away from all of our guests and I am very sorry for the disturbance caused by this. Please know that I have discussed the incident you mention here regarding the elevator door as well. We perform continual maintenance to our elevators to be sure that they are operating correctly. The experience you describe here is certainly not the desired guest experience we are striving for and I hope you will give us another try in the future so we can show you the high level of service and care we are known for. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and what you describe here is certainly not up to our standard. Currently you will receive housekeeping service automatically after the third night of your stay, if you would like it sooner than that, you can opt in on the iPad in your room the day before.
