The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as possible. Even with our two children the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very spacious and clean and the facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. It's in a great location too, close walk to the park and many delicious restaurants are near by as well.
I was a single female traveler who was in Atlanta for family business. Every hotel staff member I encountered was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant. I felt very safe at the hotel. My room was very clean, appointed well, and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the location was great to visit restaurants and stores. Their side patio off their lobby bar was a nice location to relax after a hectic day.
Stayed at the Artmore because we were seeing a show at the Symphony Hall. It's walking distance form the venue. First of all the Hotel staff, all of them were wonderful. Absolutely no problems there. Each person was helpful, accommodating and friendly. This Hotel is NOT handicap accessible by any means. There are no alternative entrances that make it easier for a person with a walker, although they tried. The room: Beds were very nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning did not cool well at all. The bathroom was not very clean at all. The toilet wasn't cleaned well, the sink drained slow and there was hair in the shower. Rest of room was ok. had a fridge, no microwave. There was no ice available on our floor, it was actually quite a walk to the elevator then down the elevator to get ice. There is no restaurant here, only a small bar (that was more cramped than the pictures would indicate) with some food choices, mostly sandwiches. The drinks and the food are very expensive and not very good. Nice outdoor seating area. Still the place is charming in spite of it's drawbacks. Breakfast is $10. Parking is $20 a night.
Stayed at the property for a total of 4-nights. I was surprised to learn that the garage was not connected to the hotel (i.e. you were forced to walk outside to access the garage). The garage did not appear to be monitored nor was an attendant in the booth. Things did not fare much better, as my room was cleaned half the time. Trash was not emptied regularly nor was the bathroom cleaned. Thankfully the room was clean upon checking in......
Hotel is fantastic. Expedia totally screwed up the booking leading to a two hour check in, multiple phone calls until they figured it out. Totally Expedias fault. Finally resolved after two hours, multiple phone calls, waiting on hold etc. But the hotel itself is clean, nice, great workout area, pool, restaurant.
The hotel is very nice, but it is the staff that makes staying here great. They are polite & very helpful (without being smothering).
This place has a great vibe too - they found the balance between high-end & trendy ... Large chain with a boutique feel.
