I expected more from a Ramada. A good cleaning and updating would go a long way

I stayed there for a couple of nights. The staff was very nice and welcoming. When I left the hotel, the manager followed me outside to the taxi just to say goodbye and ask about my job interview. The room was spacious and clean. A/C worked well, great TV channels and the room had the necessary equipments (fridge, iron, microwave). The pool area was nice and the breakfast was good. The only 2 negatives were that there were some spots on the toilet and they didn't have cloth detergent so I had to walk around and buy one. Not a big issue through.

Many things out of order...waffle machine, fitness center equipment, ice machine, maid did not come one day

Our home away from home.

Pros: The Service, the hot breakfast, not just a continental breakfast, the comfort, the location, the price. We liked everything about it.
Cons: We can't think of anything to us everything suited our needs perfectly. Maybe they could place street maps in the lobby.
Location: The location is great and easy to get
Left on our 11 hour trip at 5 am, arrived at the Odessa Ramada tired. We were greeted by the nicest person at check-in. Very polite, professional and efficient. That was the start of 4 wonderful days. The Ramada may not be the newest, but it was more than adequate as far as comfort and service. The breakfast in the mornings was hot and delicious. The attitude of all the employees we met was that of service and helping the guests. We were at the Ramada Odessa in June and then decided that this is where we will stay anytime we come to Odessa. We would definitely recommend the Ramada Odessa to everyone. It is conveniently located just off the Freeway. As a matter of fact, we had a couple from Presidio book the Ramada Express for the weekend. Booking through Expedia sure helps price-wise. The Ramada Odessa has been good to us price-wise.

Drinking, loud guys everywhere. Sheets and walls streaked with oil. Not a pleasant stay

Smoke free is no longer smoke free...

The main problem we had was having a non-smoking room, yet the room smells like smoke. We had other family stay there and their room smelt the same so we just decided to not bother making a request to change rooms.

Pros: The rooms were very nice, the continental breakfast was fabulous. Any one would be satisfied with this hot breakfast and many items to choose from.
Cons: I could not say anything need improvement. Most motels are not as easy to get t and restaurants are a plenty at this location. Yes, I would recommen
Location: Plenty restaurants, the Monohans sand dunes are close by.good places to east, and shopping near by. Also, if you like desert scenery plenty of that
Great Motel, great rooms, and the staff was very friendly. I liked most of all the motel was just off I-20 at exit 116. Easy off interstate and easy back own with plenty of good restaurants and a good motel restaurant.
