Do not stay here

Did not have my rooms reserved when we got there even though I called them earlier that day to confirm. Room was dirty and stains on all linens, pillows had what look to be some kind of hair care product on them. Rooms very dated and rust on fixtures. Continental breakfast did not exist, staff said kitchen has been out for several months, and did not even attempt to have any complimentary food items available for breakfast. When I asked the staff about these issues they just said there was nothing they could do for me and that they were not even accepting online bookings. Was the biggest disappointment, will not use Expedia ever again for hotel info. They were way off on this one!

Hotel needs lots of work!

Very disappointed. The a/c was not working in the lobbyand room. The a/c in the room never cooled the room. It just blew air. The shower was dangerously hot and could not be adjusted easily. The computer check_ in system was not down. The pillows reeked of cigarette smoke. Woke up with a headache that lasted. Had to call for billing statement. I was not happy.

Pros: Close to Interstate. Hot breakfast.
Staff person was very friendly and helpful. Did check-in very quickly. Hot breakfast was very good.

Nice staff...run down though

Most of the staff was great. The pool was disgusting. It was green and smelled of urine. The staff waa great except that they aren't on the same page with each other. The breakfast was good but the neighbors were awful. They were smoking weed and at 230am the women were in the breezeway fighting. Overall it wasn't so bad but it definitely needs work. It's run down.

Not my kinda place

Rooms are in need of renovation ..so dingy and grimy that I wouldn't even unpack my c pap machine ..one of our rooms AC didn't work but sweated thru out the night in Texas heat ...because we were tired of changing rooms due to key cards not working ...front lobby and pool and breakfast area seemed updated .hot .breakfast was good but lukewarm cause their lids didn't fit their pans so heat escaped

Rooms without TV

Upon arrival, both rooms I reserved we without tv services and instead of moving us, we had to stay with children in those rooms. I've never been at a hotel where there is no tv services and I let staff know that. The night shift should have at least offered us two other rooms that had tv services. Thanks, Cheryl Green

Unhappy campers.

It was awful. I reserved a room for 5 guests, 3 adults and 2 children under 10. The room was so small that 2 of the adults had to go stay at another hotel. Then the toilet and tub both stayed stopped up. Overall we were not pleased with this unaccomodating room.
