The light-filled upper floor is home to the main living and dining area, opening out to a sunny balcony where you can enjoy ocean glimpses and gentle sea breezes. The primary bedroom with ensuite is also located upstairs, creating a private retreat away from the rest of the home. Downstairs, the open kitchen flows into a secondary lounge area—perfect for casual family time or a quiet morning coffee. Three additional bedrooms and the main family bathroom are also on this level, offering comfort and convenience for groups or families. Outdoors, a spacious backyard invites easy entertaining with a BBQ, firepit, and alfresco seating area for relaxed evenings under the stars. Whether you’re cooking up a feast, unwinding by the fire pit, or strolling to nearby Middleton Beach, this home perfectly captures the charm of coastal living. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. We hadn’t been on a holiday for over years and this was the perfect place to go. Loads of charm and character, close to the beach with beautiful views, and amenities are so close. Beds were very comfortable and all we needed was provided. (except a small pan and broom). The lock on the first bedroom needs checking, as it jammed once when shut as did the window in the middle bedroom. Although there was heating in the upper area, a unit downstairs would be helpful.
