This was the cutest little motel with a lovely candy shop inside the office. Staff was great, very friendly. It was cozy and comfy, I would stay again when in the area.

Thank you for the great review! We do have smaller rooms then the more modern facilities. This is the result of being a 1950's motel. They didn't make the rooms quite as big as todays standards. Glad you enjoyed your stay overall!

I booked for an overnight stay. Check in is super easy and no contact. Room was clean but not large, although that can be expected with a single bed room. Was fine for me and my nephew that I was visiting. They are doing renovations so some of it is slightly outdated but it was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was a stand up shower only which was a little on the tight side to move in. However, the water pressure was great and it was very clean. Attendant/shop associate was very nice and gave us some information about the areas shops and restaurants. I will book there again when I make another trip up to visit my nephew.

Everything we needed
We were very happy with our stay at the motel. It was verry clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and hot shower, a small desk for our work, coffee and fridge. As others mentioned - the room and shower was a bit small, but fine for the 2 of us! Check in online was simple, informative and efficient!

Clean and a nice new bathroom with a good shower. The mattress could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but for just one night it was not a problem. A sweet and lovely low-key place all around. We have enjoyed it for two stays and will definitely go back.

The candy theme is unique and I liked the sweet decor. The candy store is amazing. The noise in the morning outside the windows can prevent late sleepers from getting rest, but I know the rooms have to be changed.

We attempted to contact you 5 times the day of your arrival because your credit card declined. You also spoke wth us via text and we never received a new credit card for your stay. You showed up then at 10pm tried calling us once then tried to come in the next day and book a room for the second night, but we were full. You basically gave us a negative review because of your error and providing us with an invalid credit card and not providing us a new one the day of your arrival. We did everything we could to contact you. This in no way was our error. You MUST provide us with a valid credit card when booking a room. We have every right to cancel a room after 2 hours of authorizing your card and it decling if we are not provided a valid credit card for the reservation. We are sorry your stay didn't work out, but in no way was this our fault.
