The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The facility was clean, there was coffee, tea and cookies available 24 seven. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious and fresh. They even had almond milk as a milk substitution, which I love!

We stayed here while in Vermont to see the solar eclipse. We were a little worried that the staff would be overwhelmed by all the travelers— and indeed, the hotel was fully booked — but the staff were able to accommodate us without any problems.

This was nice hotel we stayed in during our ski trip. Only 30 mins from Stowe. Rooms were spotless and large. We had a two double bed suite which really made it feel like home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The samples of maple syrup and chocolates were a nice touch they were from local! I would stay again.

Excellent customer service. Check-in person was very nice, and even commented on my earrings. No forms to fill out or sign...she just asked for a basic description of our vehicle. Room was clean...nice bed...tub/shower with seat, hand-held shower in addition to regular one, and lots of grab bars. Received a post-check-in phone call to make sure everything in our room was OK. Staff very responsive when we lost the TV signal. Complimentary cookies (two kinds), eggnog, lemon water, and coffee. Breakfast offerings were impressive, including gluten-free options and turkey sausage (separated from pork sausage, and with its own tongs). Best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced. Only drawback was the bowl of "fruit salad," which was right on the edge of being gone by with.

Great place to stay between New Hampshire and Vermont if you are traveling to Vermont. The front desk guy was really helpful by giving us an extra key for our room after we locked ourselves out, lol. Comfortable beds and great breakfast at this location was really helpful for us to start our journey for the next days. Definitely recommend to stay at this location.
