"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The Sofitel is attached to Terminal 5 thru a series of walkways and this makes it easy. You do not have to go outside in bad weather to access it from the airport. The hotel staff, restaurants, gift shop, room, toiletries, sheets all top notch. I just really enjoy the experience of friendly people ensuring your stay is superior. This is the place."

Cozy Stay in London

"Our stay was comfortable. We had a full itinerary so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The rooms are small and windowless but if you only need it to shower and sleep like us, it’s a great deal. It was conveniently located and what we needed for our trip to London. Tons of restaurants and shopping around , you can walk to museums and shows. Also near Chinatown. "

"AMAZING location and very friendly, helpful staff! Location couldn't be better - 4 minute walk to South Kensington Tube station. Right across from V&A museum, science museum and Natural History museum. 15 minute walk to Harrods, 10 min walk to Hyde Park. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is terrific! My only suggestion would be to find a way for hotel guests to use the fitness center free of charge. All in all, a terrific value for the price."
