Enjoy the panorama at the three-sided window front down to the ground of the living room. Villa Flora is arranged in a modern way and has granite floors with floor heating. The bedrooms have carpet. The comfortable dormer bedroom with a lounge invites you to linger here. A fully equipped kitchen is also awaiting you. The living room leads to a partly roofed over terrace ideal for resting and recreating. In front of the house there is a gravel driveway for several cars. A closed garaged (in the house – winter!) is also present. Left of the property there lies a little creek (attention to children) that holds much snowmelt in winter. The terrific country: The terrific country of Pyhrn-Eisenwurzen with its national park Kalkalpen (wonderful hiking region), many athletic facilities and interesting monasteries, like the Benediktinerstift Kremsmuenster, offers something for everybody. Be it candlelight concerts in music summer Klaus or the famous spa towns of Bad Ischl and Gmunden in the surrounding – already emperor Franz Josef knew, where it is the prettiest. Destinations: The state capital of Linz (approx. 60 km) with Ars Electronic Centre, many churches and galleries --- cultural town Wels with historical old town centre (approx. 50 km) --- Steyr, the town with the Christkindl --- Enns, Ausria’s oldest town with wonderful facades of Baroque and Renaissance --- Bad Hall (with a golf court) with the Tassilo Spa (only 25 km) --- and the salt area with its lakes. Salzburg, the town of Mozart, is only 1 hour drive away. Specialities: Visit us in March or April, when spring arrives and winter leaves, the forest radiates a pleasant calmness and everything has a recreating effect like nothing else. No phone is ringing (we don’t have one), instead a library with about 500 books, from novel to specialised book, is at your command. Narcissus festival: the mainly in the Auseeland appearing narcissus flowers according to the altitude from May to mid June. The large grasslands with its whie/ yellow flowers let the spring of the mountains be an event. Wenn es passt, kommen wir gern wieder. Es war alles sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Außendusche war bei den hohen Temperaturen ein Genus. Bis auf die Dusche im unterem Bad, die defekt war, die Verdunklungen an den Schlafzimmerfenstern die gefehlt haben und die veralteten Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern, war rundum ein voll ausgestatteter Haushalt vorhanden. Man kommt an und fühlt sich einfach zu Hause. Die großen Fenster mit Ausblick ins Tal und die umliegenden Berge, ebenso die Terrasse, wo man morgens frühstückt und abends ein Gläschen Wein bei Kerzenschein genießen kann, lässt einen den Alltag ganz schnell vergessen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Haus wirklich nur empfehlen. Einzig und allein hätten wir uns Verdunklung an den Schlafzimmerfenstern gewünscht. Rosi, die freundliche Betreuerin des Hauses, wohnt etwas weiter unten und steht nach Wunsch völlig unaufdringlich jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Ferienhaus steht ganz alleine am Waldrand im Hang mit tollem Ausblick über das Tal. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Betreuung vor Ort durch Rosi waren top. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Gartenmöbeln, Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Handtüchern, etc. lässt es an nichts mangeln. Der Außengrill ist eine spezielle Konstruktion und funktioniert als heißer Stein, hat also keinen Grillrost. Hier hätten wir uns vielleicht noch einen ganz normalen Holzkohlegrill gewünscht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Radius von fünf Fahrminuten mehr als genug. Am besten gefallen hat uns die alleinstehende Lage in Kombination mit dem tollen Ausblick, was wirklich sehr zur Erholung und zur Urlaubsstimmung beiträgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Klaus M. Wir haben nichts vermisst und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Auch die Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Rosi, die im nächstgelegenen Haus ca. 500 Meter entfernt wohnt, war optimal. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Betten bereits bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man div. Supermärkte wie Billa Plus, Lidl etc.. Eier und Milch gibt es ebenfalls um die Ecke frisch vom Bauern. Kleine Wanderungen, z. B. zur Burg Altpernstein, lassen sich direkt vom Haus aus beginnen. Die Küche ist umfangreich mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. WLAN steht via Mobilfunkrouter zur Verfügung. Etwas störend fanden wir den Zigarettengeruch im EG, obwohl (mittlerweile) im Haus gar nicht mehr geraucht werden darf. Die Schlafräume lassen sich nicht abdunkeln, was uns im Herbst nicht gestört hat. Im Sommer wird man dadurch zum Frühaufsteher. Die große, sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse konnten wir leider aufgrund der Witterung nicht nutzen. Zusammenfassend können wir das Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne noch einmal erneut in die Villa Flora. ##### Werner K. Hele fijne ruime woning zonder krakende en piepende trappen en deuren. Slaapkamers hebben weinig kastruimte en dakramen hebben geen verduistering). Verder super huis. Tolle Lage, Ruhe, wunderschöner Blick in die voralpinen Berge. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus wandern oder radfahren, und auch ein Tag am Haus bei Regen ist kein verlorener. Die Kalkalpen und die weitere hochalpine Umgebung (Dachsteingeburge etc.) sind nicht weit, ebenso Salzburg oder Linz und die vielen hübschen oberösterreichischen Städtchen. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und unkompliziert, man merkt, dass ihr das Haus und die Gäste am Herzen liegen. ##### Steffi M. Stayed 14 nights in Jul 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Erich C. 17 Jun 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Urlaub pur in der Villa Flora So fange mal am Anfang an ,nach unser Ankunft, wurden wir von Rosi,den guten Seele des Hauses mit was leckeren empfangen und aufgeklärt über das Haus, das wirklich alles hat, was man braucht, in diesen Haus fehlt wirklich gar nichts.Top Fernseher und Wlan, alles in der Küche vorhanden.Und der Wahnsinn um vier Uhr morgens fangen die Vögel im Wald an zu pfeifen, man hat das Gefühl, man liegt mitten in einen Vogelhaus.Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie der Schieder Weiher, die Ödseen, und der Almsee, oder rund um den Glenkersee, schöner geht es nicht. Bootfahren auf den Klausersee genial.Man fühlt sich wie zuhause, wir haben sogar die Terrassenblumen gegossen.Unsere zwei Bichon frise waren auch voll happy.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten on mass vorhanden.Kurzum wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.Vielen Dank an Hannelore und Rosi PS.Wenn ihr das Haus nicht mehr wollt wir nehmen es gerne.
