The property sits at one of the high-level tower in all of Florida with breathtaking views of both the ocean and city. All of the interiors (public spaces and suites) are created by Pininfarina, the Italian design firm noted for its collaborations with Ferrari ! Exclusive and luxury building with resort amenities including gym, pool, beach service and complimentary beach shuttle ( 4 people max). This apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups up to 7 people. Professionally designed interior, an awesome panoramic view, an ocean view from the master bedroom and living area with coastal views and everything necessary for you to have a comfortable stay! Living Area: The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and six chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a 65-inch Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach. First Bedroom (OceanView): The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has 55-inch Smart TV. Second Bedroom (Intercostal view): The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and bay/city view. This bedroom has flat screen smart TV as well. Third Bedroom (Intercostal view): The third bedroom has two single twin size beds and as other bedrooms this bedroom has 58-inch Smart TV. Plenty of closet space and an en suite full bathroom with shower make this room just as desirable as the master. We do have washer/dryer in the apartment! Easy Uber from Fort Lauderdale airport. Check in was quick and smooth, the staff were very kind and helpful. The condo is as described and as pictured in photos -- stunning! Clean, updated, and surrounded by balcony space and ocean views. We are a family of 6 with 2 adults and 4 teenage kids and we fit perfectly with room to spare. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a game changer for us and made our stay comfortable and relaxing before our cruise out of Port of Miami. Having a full kitchen and dining area allowed us to make our own food and save on takeout and restaurant costs. Can't recommend enough, and and we can't wait to come back! ##### Katy H. Could not use 1 of the bathrooms because of a leak in the ceiling. Not enough towels thought the shower was a little dangerous as is is slippery inside. We picked this location based on distance to beach and the pictures of the unit. The unit was nice but had issues such as loose tiles on the balcony, broken furniture on the balcony, broken stove top burner, toilets that clog easy, heavily worn couch that needs replaces, lacking in basic start up amenities like napkins, cleaning supply, foil, plastic wrap etc. The elevator is a nightmare with it breaking often and not ample capacity for the number of guests. The customer service at front desk and valet barley spoke clear English. Not pleasant to be in lobby areas that are already too small and crowded. ##### Frank R I.
