This spacious designer decorated 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms condo is located in the Beachwalk Resort Hotel & Residences in Hallandale Beach, which has a pool, private beach access, a fitness centre, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen & washer & dryer. Over sized balconies feature stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean with same views in the adjoining bedrooms and living room area.

Beachwalk Resort is the ideal sanctuary for a resort stay in South Florida. And for those of you who thrive on the excitement offered in Hallandale Beach, we are in the center of an array of shops, divine dining, lively entertainment, and cultural hotspots that are not to be missed.

The apartment is perfect for families or close friends traveling together. Free transportation to Gulf Stream, Aventura, Hollywood boardwalk & the beach.

The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 10 km from the apartment.

Lovely condo! Would stay there again.

Our family flew into MIA for a cruise, but wanted to spend a few days near a beach that wasn't overly crowded or crazy. The location was great. The online photos are accurate...it's a lovely place. The condo was CLEAN although I wouldn't say the kitchen was as well stocked as some vacation rentals. Maybe that's a VRBO thing, but I am used to rentals that have cooking spray, plastic wrap, etc. - although the kitchen did have all the pots/pans/utensils we needed. The gym had good equipment. The security staff couldn't have been nicer! We didn't use the beach shuttle because we thought it was an easy walk over the bridge. We appreciated the free beach chairs/umbrella at Esteban's. Our son and his GF had to work from the condo for a few days so the desk area was super helpful although they said the desk chairs need to be replaced or covered with a slipcover - they are very worn. The owner was quick in responding to my messages and I would easily recommend this condo for someone wanting to vacation near the beach.

Nice Apartment - Poor experience

I rented the apt for 25 nights for my family and me (6 adults). It is nice but not equipped for a LT stay nor for 6 people. There were only 5 mugs, 2 coffee spoons, 3 wine cups, no roasting pan, the broom was destroyed, etc. Additionally, a couple of mattresses were in bad shape and all the linen is of poor quality. As per our request, some of the missing items were provided by the PM who initially denied to do it. In our side, there was only one elevator for 60 apartments. During the weekends we had to wait a lot. Valet parking is mandatory and additional. This was not clear for me. If you don’t have an US cellular line, you can’t anticipate that you need the car for a certain time. I asked for additional cleaning services. I got one free, and asked for two more. I was not charged by the two more although I was told I was. I was never told if they decided to give them as a courtesy or they forgot. The cleaning people entered the apartment without first knocking at the door neither they come at the time agreed! I think that for long stays, a cleaning service should be included every 3-5 days in the apartment fee. I would like to “rescue” from this poor experience, Andrés, the assistance of the PM, the Valet Parking guys and the lady that gives you the ordered packages. In summary, a very nice apartment poorly equipped with several service issues, some of them that could be solved (equipment, cleaning services) and some others, not (i.e. elevator, mandatory valet parking).

Hallandale stay

The unit we stayed in was as advertised. It was not cluttered at all; it's all white so there were some marks but that is to be expected. We liked the fact that there wasn't a lot in it. Rich, who I believe took care of our property, was very accommodating and responded quickly to the few minor issues that we had. The maintenance guy was also very helpful. Our only issues were more with the staff at the property as opposed to people we rented from. The people at the pool who give out the towels were not very nice; we were a family of five adults and they argued with my wife when she tried to set up five chairs. They also supposedly have a policy that you can only get one towel a day; they didn't want to let us exchange a wet towel for a dry one which did not make sense. Supposedly the pool people have a reputation. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.
