This 4BR/3BA luxury home features a resort-style pool with waterfall, covered terrace, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, pool table, mini-golf, and basketball hoop. Perfect for families, professionals, and groups. Recently updated with modern finishes. Located just 10 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium and 25 minutes from South Beach. Enjoy high-end comfort and convenience in one of Miami's most peaceful neighborhoods. Door code sent the morning of arrival you can communicate through the airbnb app 🏡 House Rules – Casa Nova Stays 🔇 Noise Please keep noise to a minimum at all times. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be respectful of nearby neighbors. 📹 Security Cameras For your safety, security cameras are located at the front and back entrances only. There are no cameras inside the home. Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. 🕓 Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM (you will receive the access code 24 hours prior to arrival) • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Late check-out may be possible with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. 🚭 Smoking Smoking is not allowed indoors.
