OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the 36'x18' pool (5' deep), but also features a propane BBQ, 6-person hot tub, an urban beach sitting area, and an outdoor dining for 6.

PARKING: Free, gated parking is available for 3 cars.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 queen-sized air mattress, 12 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Great for big groups - smaller than advertised
House has everything you’d need to stay, towels, toiletries, stocked kitchen so it’s complete. House was very clean, it does appear on the older side. Pool table was a nice touch in the living room for a big group. House is listed as 6 bedrooms with 6 beds, there are actually only 5 bedrooms and 5 beds so one of us had to sleep on the couch, which is not at all meant to be a bed. The listing should be updated to reflect that. Dining table also only has 8 chairs so keep that in mind if you have a bigger group staying. Location doesn’t have much immediately around it, does have a coffee shop couple restaurants/bars, and convenience stores that’s helpful, but it’s not far from places you’d most like go. Right near the bridge to Miami Beach, 20 min walk or 5 min drive to Wynwood. Hot tub and pool were great. Check in and out is automated and easy. Overall happy with our stay. Would recommend for a big group

I love that it’s a house! I like condos and everything also but a house give you more room and privacy which I love! We got in the hot tub a few times and had a blast. And the location is amazing. You were at the most 10 minutes from major stores and shopping, walking distance to many food places and local groceries, then maybe not even 30 minutes away from South Beach. Everything was perfect and my birthday was well spent!

Very beautiful home. Clean and spacious. We had a party of 10, every couple had their own room. Loved the pool and backyard setup. Upon arrival, host had a balloon and cake there at the home for my birthday. We had such a wonderful time.

Lovely home
My husband and I had a wonderful experience renting this property. From the first moment, we were welcomed. I told the property manager that we were visiting for my birthday. When we walked in, the table has been set up with a birthday cake, bottle of wine, and other party goods. It was such a wonderful surprise. The house was super clean. The decor was lovely. The beds were comfortable. Note that they do not have the traditional spring mattresses. They are more foam-like. The backyard was so much fun. The hot tub is cute and fits 2 adults. The pool is about 4 feet deep. Not really good for swimming laps but great for hanging out. The seating area is shaded so you can enjoy it even in mid-day. The parking spaces were a huge plus. The only downside was that the ladder to go in and out of the pool wasn’t so easy to use. But still, we would 100% rent again.

Listing is inaccurate and they don’t provide what you need
The home itself is great. But the kitchen was terrible. No sponge, no dish towels, nothing. The oven and dishwasher did not work. I brought these to the attention of the property immediately. I asked Thursday for a sponge - they never brought one by. I asked repeatedly every day for a sponge, hot mitts, paper towels. Said they were too busy. Literally inexcusable, as that should have been included and those types of things were advertised in the listing. Not to even mention the oven and dishwasher. Only book this if you have no plans to use the kitchen.

We came in for a girls trip a group of 12 there was no one to greet us at the property the customer service was kind of rude at first when getting check in information the back wasn’t clean by the pool so we really couldn’t seat outside the couch house was air conditioner was leaking water where weren’t enough towels I will not book there again!😔

Got to the property did a walk through it’s wasn’t the cleanest but it was fair took a walk to look at the pool it’s broke rusted with rusted pipes showing looks like it’s been down for a min hot tub dirty flies and nets in the bathrooms bugs in the bed they came out for the pool said it will take a few weeks to fix the management called me the next morning came up with a solution the bug problem No one came out I was called at checkout to see if anyone came the answer was no the overall house an location was great need a lot of updates an renovations
