Welcome to our Luxury Ocean View Penthouse with tastefully curated decor and modern furnishings. Perched high above the sparkling azure waters, this stunning retreat offers an unrivaled beach side experience that will leave you enchanted and rejuvenated. Venture beyond the walls of our penthouse and you\`ll discover a treasure trove of activities and attractions. Take leisurely strolls along the sandy shorelines, engage in thrilling water sports, or explore the vibrant local culture and cuisine.  
  
Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.   
  
The master bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds as well.

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Miami Beach, gold courses, night life entertainment are minutes away.  
  
Miami airport - 20 minutes ride  
Port of Miami - 15 minutes ride

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival arrival.
