great location

Great communication, cheap parking (10 minute walk) 8$/ day other parking closer available. Small but all we needed spent most of time out of the room

Great location

Great location in South Beach. Stayed 2 nights by myself. Room did the job for what I needed....a place to sleep at night. Had a slight issue with double booking the first night but host kept in contact and was able to refund quickly. No frills but bed was comfortable, air conditioner was great and everything functioned as expected.

I would rent from him again it was clean cozy very spacious all the plants were very wearing the air was cold it was very nice I'll do it again I'll tell anyone from their wonderful

Miami Beach!

This place was so awesome and easy! Amazing location - just a block from beach access. Felt like we had privacy and got to ride the wackiest, coolest elevator :) Very sunny room with all you need for an easy stay
