➤ One gated parking spot, plus another street spot, but that blocks the gated one.

Located in Miami’s vibrant Design District, this area is a hub for creativity, fashion, and dining. You\`ll be steps away from luxury boutiques, art galleries, and trendy restaurants. Just minutes from Midtown Miami, the Wynwood Arts District, and a short drive to Miami Beach, the neighborhood offers a perfect blend of culture, nightlife, and convenience. With quick access to I-95, exploring all of Miami is effortless.  
  
➜ Car: Easy access to I-95 and main roads for quick travel across Miami.  
➜ Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available within minutes.  
➜ Public Transit: Bus stops nearby connect you to Midtown, Downtown, and the Beach.  
➜ Biking/Scooters: Electric scooters and bike rentals are common in the area.  
➜ Walking: Walkable to Design District shops, cafes, and galleries.  
  
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.  
  
➤ Unfortunately, I can\`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.  
  
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.

1\. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.  
  
2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)  
  
3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.  
  
4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.  
  
5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.  
  
6\. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half-hour stayed.  
  
7\. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
