Check in time is from 4PM to 9PM. Late check in fee of 50$ apply from 9PM to midnight. It is required to call the team onsite 1 hour prior to arrival. Check out time is up to 10AM. The rental managers, Jocelyn and Dominic, were so professional and accommodating. Very helpful. Property was clean and perfect location. The listing, however, stated there was a hot tub, of which was not working for 2 weeks prior and all during our stay (unbeknownst to our rental managers, the main building office/host/owner never communicated this to them nor us). Coming from the northeast, we were looking forward but were very disappointed not to be able to soak up more warmth in time for winter. ##### Kathryn C.
