Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves. \* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours. If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house. We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay.
