Welcome to my home away from home that I would like to share with you for your next vacation - dont forget to visit the video attached. Enjoy the comfort of our spacious two ocean view bedrooms and two full baths, as well as all the amenities that you need to make your stay the vacation of your dreams. Some of these include soft comfortable linens and towels, a TV in every room, toys for children, family board games, a fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and more. But all of these do not compare to the breathtaking ocean view from the balcony, it’s like the ocean is within arm’s reach and you can relax to the sounds of the waves. The Tides has much to offer you during your stay as well. Spend your time by the beautiful grounds surrounding the two heated swimming pools, and enjoy poolside food and beverage service. For those who want to keep up with training, the gym offers top of the line nautilus machines. There are the conveniences of valet parking, and a store.. The Tides is 10 minutes to the Hollywood Broadwalk. There are many cafe shops and restaurants to be found and the boardwalk also has bicycle rentals. Just across the street catch a ride with the water taxi service (Westin Diplomat or Crown plaza Hollywood beach). Just a 15 minute drive to south beach, 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 10 minutes to Aventura mall, 15 minutes to Ball Harbour and 20 minutes to Saw Grass Mills. Public Transportation is available just outside the building. From the building you have directly access to the BEACH. CHECK IN: There will be a person to receive you at the department. She will help you to register in the building, to get the guest bracelets and show you the apartment. She will also be available for any inconvenience. EXTRA PAYMENTS : \-Parking must be paid with a debit or credit card, NOT cash. \-Once inside the office, they must present an ID for identification. Pay the FOB with a debit or credit card, $30.00 for every 2 adults. \-If the customer has a car, they must pay a $20.00 CASH deposit which is refundable on the day of departure. If the customer leaves before 9:00 am, they must return the parking pass the night before by 5:00 pm. \-The FOB(s) must be deposited in a black box located in the lobby of each Tides building. \-Each apartment has a laundry card that the customer must load with $5.00 using a credit or debit card and then leave it in the unit for the next guest During the check in at building office, you will receive an electronic key called FOB, this FOB has a cost of US $30 every two adults. Beach chairs/umbrella and portable cooler were amazing and an easy walk to clean and well maintained beach and pool. Porch was nice to enjoy an ocean breeze and pelican viewing. Parking was in a covered community garage. Owners welcome associate was very accommodating even allowing us late checkout. Great location with lots of delicious restaurants close by. Plenty of restaurants to walk to as well as the Enjoy cafe near the lobby. There is also a small shop that offers small snacks and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again if they straighten out the TV problem. Gustavo was great and responsive to help us check-in (we got there late due to flight). Condo was clean and everything was in working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs and umbrella were in great condition and we used them at the beach each day we were there. Cafe in bottom of building was very convenient for lunch and snacks as well. Grocery was less than 1 mile away to stock up for family. Just wasn’t very clean. Long black hairs in both bathrooms. Lights burned out. Clock didn’t work, probably needs new batteries no beach towels which were supposed to be in the unit. Found great places to eat, Wal-Mart was just a few blocks away. Access to the beach was so convenient and the Boardwalk was a quick ride away. Only thing was that with 3 women, 4 bath towels were not enough. Had to do laundry 3 times to supply us for 5 days. Suggest at least 8 towels and we had only 2 handtowels. We rented this for 11 days. We only had a half roll of paper towel, you would have thought they would have at least one extra full roll, but no. The living room TV was stuck on 9 for volume, you couldn't hear it. We had to go to the bedroom to watch TV. This really sucked, here you had a sectional in the living room for relaxing and watching a good movie, but couldn't. Instead you had to sit or lay across the bed and watch TV. For what we paid, we could have saved and stayed at a hotel with a couch. NO wash clothes and only 1 dish coloth. this was ridiculous. We had to go to walmart and buy some. The apartment wasnt as clean as we expected. It desperately needs to be painted and updated. We will not be returning again. This was a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake. ##### Alice B. Highly recommend this condo for families! Tastefully decorated, well stocked condo. Very well thought out to have everything available for a hassel free stay for guests. I made all of our meals with no issues because good variety of kitchen tools and utensils. Nice set of beach chairs and beach umbrella available in the closet. Shower towels and beach towels were in the condo for everyone- very much appreciated. Plentiful hooks throughout the place for shower and beach towels- very convenient and thoughtfully placed! Stick vacuum and broom were very handy for sand that came back from beach with us. Great ocean view. Upon our arrival, the large windows and sliding door were dirty from recent storms. The owner was so kind and attentive, and sent someone to clean them for us right away once I notified him. Property management is great! The beach is beautiful, great for swimming and playing. The complex understandably requires a key fab for entrance and doors to elevator areas, as well as the gate to/from the beach. You have to wear a plastic bracelet at all times for the facilities. Small nickel sizes key fab is separate, easy to misplace and leave behind when you leave the condo. We had to make multiple trips back up for it after heading all of the way down to the beach/pool, only to realize that we forgot it upstairs. If you do this, you have to sit and wait for someone to come through the door so that you can get back in to go get your fab. Would be nice for the complex to combine fab and bracelet ##### Mindy R.
