Convenient location makes it easy to get to different points of interest. Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants is just steps away, Publix supermarket is 3 blocks away, 3 miles to Wynwood, 5 miles to Design District and South Beach, 15 minutes to the airport. Our homey apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. • 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. • Two Queen bed and TV in the bedroom; • Queen sofa bed and TV in the living room; • Fully equipped kitchen; • Balcony with a spectacular view; • Onsite washer and dryer; • 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find). As our guest you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers: • Lushly landscaped recreation decks; • Gym; (Please be aware that the gym will be closed for a week due to maintenance, starting on November 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding). • SPA; • Game room; • Pool and Jacuzzi; • On site restaurants and retail shops; • 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find). You will have access to the amazing pool, gym, and jacuzzi. • Important: Please be inform that one of the two pools in the building is under construction at the moment, but still has a large and beautiful pool and jacuzzi available for use during your stay. There may be noise from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Please feel free to reach out to us with your inquiries any time. We are at your service 24/7. Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site. 7-11 located in the building, Publix Supermarket 3 blocks away. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Great shopping in Brickell City Centre. Parking is included in the price of the stay. Paid valet parking is also available at the building. Less than 5 mins Metro Trail Station and Brickell Bus Station. Please note that the parking will only fit regular size cars. Oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is bigger than a standard size car, please contact us before making the reservation. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, the replenishment of these items is not provided.
