Boa localização

Localização Boa; Recepcionista Ninfa = Péssimo; Demais recepcionais = Bons; Internet Wi-Fi = Ruim; Cama = Muito mole ; Limpeza do quarto = Péssima ( lençóis não foram trocados nos meus 6 dias hospedado).

Nice hotel

This hotel was really nice. It was close to Lincoln Rd mall, 24 hour shops and food, 15 minute walk from the beach and ocean drive strip (where the food is). Happy hour was amazing too on the strip because EVERYONE had deals.

Stress para reembolso

Tive problemas com bed bugs. Pedi reembolso dos remédios que tive que comprar e isso só ocorreu sob muita insistência no check out apesar de solicitar diariamente. Me disseram que o Expedia irá me reembolsar as diárias mais caras como crédito. O hotel esta em ótima localização os quartos sao grandes mas precisam de mais estrutura. Não ha ajuda com malas nenhum serviço. Cobram 100 dólares no check in como depósito porém não dão recibo do extorno na saída. Não consegui nenhum recibo. Disseram não ser necessário. Espero não ter este débito.

We have handled your complaint with the utmost respect and dedication and as per your request we have refunded the money you had spent on a medication you said you needed after having slept in our rooms. After thorough investigation, which you took part of, neither bed bugs nor any other insects were found in your room which could have caused the skin reaction you suffered from. We believe we have done everything possible on our end; we apologize if this was still not to your satisfaction. In any case, thanks for staying with us.
