It sleeps comfortably 8 people: 2 queen size beds, 1 comfortable qn sofa bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 twin beds. In the backward, you have a retreat in the city with a wooden deck, swing chair, lounge chairs. It also has laundry with 2 washers & driers

Not the worst, not the best. Apartment wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Internet didn't reach all areas of apartment. One room did not have an air conditioning unit. Beds were comfortable, including the couch that turned into a bed. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. We did appreciate the food and drinks in the fridge for our use. We also enjoyed fresh baguettes that host left on door one morning.
