The property is very old and in need of some significant upgrades and TLC. The carpet in our room was tattered and had holes; the faucet on the bathroom sink and the shower were both not connected to the vanity/wall. The ceiling was chipping and a part of the ceiling fell into our bathtub during our stay. Maintenance was quick to clean it up. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and do project the image that they truly care about their guests. It would be nice if Choice Hotels gave these really great employees some better conditions to work in.

Conveniently located by the airport and they had baggage check in and an airport shuttle. The hotel itself was a bit run down. Check in was slow but the staff was helpful.

The room certainly doesn’t look like the picture. It’s a bit dingy. However, it’s clean, reasonably priced and close to the airport. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport as well as transport to the port for $12

The hotel itself is in need of maintence. We booked this room last minute around 1 am and left for the cruise port around 8 am. Book an uber to the cruise port, the shuttle from the hotel is not free. It cost us $12 per person to ride a bus from this hotel.

I liked the fact that there is a diner (you pay) that does breakfast, lunch and dinner. I didn’t like the fact that my night flying in nobody picked up the front desk phone to advise me about the shuttle.

2nd night staying under my wife's Judiths name, the carpet in the room was soaking wet and i couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work. We were given a 2nd room and it had bad smell of mold. Again, this phone didn't work either. After going back downstairs the 3rd room had a broken bathroom door and yet again the phone didn't work. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom. The chair in there was filthy. Upon going to the front desk was that we should find another place to stay. Will never return!

1. Air condition made too much noise 2. Expedia showed breakfast included. Found out that wasn't the case upon arrival. I wouldn't have booked this place if I had known. 3. Blood on bathroom wall 4. No regular turn down and house keeping. Found that out upon arrival as well. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is that at least we had a place to stay.

For the cost this hotel is rundown and dirty. The outside is dated and dirty. There are not enough handicapped parking options and the rooms that are labeled accessible are not to a wheelchair user. Overall the only positive is the staff is very nice.
