This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom contemporary home blends modern design with comfort, perfect for families, couples, business travelers, or vacationers. Enjoy the sleek, open-concept kitchen, spacious living areas, and elegant bedrooms-one with a balcony offering stunning views of the Brickell skyline. Step outside to a private backyard retreat with a sparkling pool, covered terrace, and BBQ grill—ideal for relaxing or entertaining. 🔇 Noise Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum. This is a residential neighborhood with close neighbors. 📹 Security Cameras Cameras are installed at the front and back entrances for safety (no cameras inside). Do not tamper with them—doing so may result in cancellation without refund. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM (access code sent 24 hours before arrival) • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. 🚭 Smoking No smoking indoors. You may smoke on the back patio only. Use the ashtray provided and do not throw cigarette butts in the grass or bushes. 🚫 Parties & Events No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.
