This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom contemporary home blends modern design with comfort, perfect for families, couples, business travelers, or vacationers. Enjoy the sleek, open-concept kitchen, spacious living areas, and elegant bedrooms-one with a balcony offering stunning views of the Brickell skyline. Step outside to a private backyard retreat with a sparkling pool, covered terrace, and BBQ grill—ideal for relaxing or entertaining. 🔇 Noise Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum. This is a residential neighborhood with close neighbors. 📹 Security Cameras Cameras are installed at the front and back entrances for safety (no cameras inside). Do not tamper with them—doing so may result in cancellation without refund. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM (access code sent 24 hours before arrival) • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability. 🚭 Smoking No smoking indoors. You may smoke on the back patio only. Use the ashtray provided and do not throw cigarette butts in the grass or bushes. 🚫 Parties & Events No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Did not receive check-in instructions until i was standing outside of the house, despite asking for it days in advance. Once we got in, the house was not cleaned. Owner did not respond well via the app. Finally contacted us and sent the cleaning people. Offered to discount our rate but that also hasn't happened yet.
