The space itself is smaller than anticipated but comfortable. Space for living dining is sufficient for 4\. There are 2 smalll bedrooms that are clean. The bathroom is updated and comfortable as well. The backyard is pleasant but access to the pool is not exclusive and requires exiting the immediate backyars, which may be worth noting. The internet service is acceptable but slow and patchy at times. Other aspects such as cooking appliances, washer/dryer, all function well. Overall location 10/10, Space 8/10, ammenities 8/10, communication 10/10\.
