Renovations were being conducted in the room above me which made it impossible to relax. Work started as early as 7 am and continued throughout the day. Staff and management acted like it didn't matter. Poor professionalism from the staff.

The condition of the room was really bad, room and common areas were dirty, I paid 2 nights and left after the first one. I came to this same hotel years ago .. like 13 and was great. And was expecting the same and not even close

According to my reservation, me and my husband had checked in on Friday. They left 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. On the next day, they drop-off 2 towels and a soap bar. They did not clean, neither fix the bed. I had locked my key inside the room, I went to reception, to request an additional key. The from desk agent did ask my name. He just validated a key for my room. Didn't ask my ID even my name. ZERO Safety!

I will NEVER, EVER stay here again. It is a run down, outdated, delapidated, germ infested rat hole. It is overrated even at 2 stars. The guy at the front desk doesn't even speak English and they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! It was horrific from beginning to end and we won't even sleep in the bed. We will stay up all night to keep from sleeping in the bed. The towels look like they're from the DOLLAR STORE, the equivalent of one ply toilet paper. It is the size of a dish towel and not absorbent at all.This place should close down immediately or get it's act together! DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON!

Was not too happy with this accomadation, when we arrive the gentleman at the frontdesk had a antisocial hat on. He acted like I did not have a reservation after giving him my License and credit card. Elevator was dirty and I was not notified but hotel to be under remodeling or reconstruction.

Rooms were filthy, shower didn’t work, lamp wouldn’t turn on and smelled like cigarettes. The staff wasn’t too friendly and the handicap parking spots were blocked off so I had to park far and walk.

Neither the TV nor in room phone worked. They said they would have eggs on Saturday, but no. Breakfast was bread, blueberry muffins, plain bagels, or cereal. Fruit on Saturday only that we saw.

Not a good stay
Unfortunately the room that we got was right next to the main office and across from the laundry room, NOT a very nice experience, no fridge no coffee in room, the AC kept making this weird noise that wr thought it was about to break, the person that was there when wr checked iut wasn't very friendly either, and there was never anyone at the front desk you had to keep saying HELLO HELLO to get there're attention, we will definitely not be back.

Staff is horrible. They lost my three packages and didn’t take responsibility. USPS delivered them. If you come from abroad I don’t recommend this hotel.

Dear Ana Patricia,Our apologies, The hotel does not receive any packages unless the guest costumer is already in-house which it was explain to you in person when you stop by the property. The hotel will not receive packages before your arrival date. Once you are already in-house with an assigned room, you may receive as many packages as you desire. However, looking into our record we do show a few packages were sent back under your name 4-7 dates prior to your arrival date. in the future please make sure the package is the same name as the reservation and also that you are already in-house so your packages will not be returned or refuse. I apologies for the miss communications and will attempt to find out more from the front desk. Thank you.
