Horrible in every way. First the smell, the shaking elevator, people sleeping right outside my room. I was very afraid for my safety. The safe in the room do not work. And the hotel do not serve any breakfast. The only bright spot was the outdoor pool. I wa very unhappy.

reasonable value. tv only had 5 channels. i was told the place was recently sold to a company that is turning the building into a rehab of some sort. but, room was clean, a/c good. wifi poor and tv only had 5 channels. so for the cheap price, and a decent nights sleep and shower, it was ok.

The front desk clerk was late to work I didn't get checked in to 4:45 pm. The water in the shower was cold never got hot.

Checked in and immediately checked out after entering room. Security latch on door was busted off, no towels or soap, room and hallways smelled of mildew. Desk clerk was less than courteous. Stay at your own risk, the room really looked and felt unhealthy.

Pick another hotel.
When we punched in the hotel into the GPS, it said "permanently closed". I called and there was no answer and a full voicemail box. We decided to drive to the hotel anyways just to see for ourselves. When we pulled in, there were statues tipped over in the yard and it certainly did NOT appear to be open. However, when we drove past the window, there were people inside. The parking lot had several shady characters hanging out in their vehicles who watched me as i walked in. The man behind the desk reassured me they were open but our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm. There were people sitting in the lobby who appeared to be living there. When we left we knew this place was sketchy and probably were going to get mugged or even worse if we stayed there. I am by no means a snooty 5 star hotel guy and I have no problem staying a cheap crappy hotel, but this place was beyond what i could even fathom. We left. DO NOT PICK THIS HOTEL.

STAY AWAY - Probably a hazzard.
First of all I don't usually write reviews. This one was so bad that I feel obligated to do so. I don't know how anyone can sleep in a place like this. We stayed in a double bed room on the second floor. The place looks very outdated and it is EXTREMELY DIRTY. Smells horrible. The major problem was the AC units on this floor (MAYBE in the entire property). The units were replaced with the WRONG type and the unit instead of discharging the condensation outside it spills onto the carpet in each room, corridors, etc. The place smells terrible because of this water issue, the carpets are always damp, and I could not put anything on the floor. We barely spent one night at this place. I am looking into making a complaint to the business bureau about this place, this cannot be safe for occupancy. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel needs renovation.
the photos are not the current atmosphere of the property. 1 ice machine on ground floor. No ice bucket, and when asked no ice bucket available., 1 set of towel. No additional towel available. Stinch of cigarette on room floors although Non smoking hotel. This was a layover for us. We arrived 1130pm check out 5 am. We would have left if this was any other type of stay. 1 star. The staff is nice and quick check in & out.

THE HOTEL NEEDS AN UPGRADE. THE ROOMS ARE OUTDATED. THE TV/CABLE/MOVIES NEEDED UPGRADE CHANNELS AND TV SYSTEM. MICROWAVE ONLY ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

Not a hotel but disgusting motel.
Hotel looks and feels as if it hasn't been cleaned or updated since it was built. Filthy lobby, hallways, and disgusting rooms. Not to mention the people that stay here and the smell of marajuana everywhere. To top it off there was a fight in the parking lot 3 hours after i arrived. Spend a little extra and save yourself from the most disgusting hotel in Miami.

Older hotel. Maintenance is poor. Front column of concrete 20' tall is crumbling - caution tape around it - no repairs. Phone in room was dead. Call to front desk got "no one available to answer your call". Chrome kleenex cover is pitted - rusting. Toilet won't flush unless you hold handle down. Everything has been painted over (not recently) even things that shouldn't get painted. No wash cloth's.

This hotel is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. And since I travel a lot for work as a consultant, that should say it all. The only thing good about this place was the space in the rooms. Other than that, the staff was rude, everything in the hotel condition-wise is beyond a repairable state from age and damage. The floors, the carpets, the walls, the doors, the locks, the bathrooms, the ceilings, the furniture, everything. Everything in this place is old and damaged. Even the cleanliness suffers as a result since no matter how much I tried myself, I still couldn't get my bathroom to look clean. Stains, rips, cracks on the walls and ceilings, lifted rugs and carpets, broken doors, the list doesn't end. Then comes the environment/guest type. The place may as well have been a convenience store in the middle of the ghetto. People smoking weed in their cars in the parking lot at all times. I saw this every single day. People hanging out and smoking in the hotel hallways as if it were a bar. Not attractive people. Ripped shirt wearing, underwear showing suspicious people. The kind that does not make you feel easy leaving your door open for even a minute. The lobby and stairwells - same. Overall the last place I'd go to if I ever had to stay in that area again. Horrible.

Was given a new room because the one originally booked was absolutely disgusting and smelled like crap. New room door would not lock from outside so in someone is not still in the room to lock it from the inside anyone can just walk right in!

Air conditioning unit right at the head of the bed; freezing with it blowing directly on you. Room very tired-looking; old furniture, old comforter, patches on bathroom wall, dirty AC unit. Fortunately, bed was comfortable enough. Neighborhood was business neighborhood; only one restaurant (Subway) a short walk away. Seemed like a sketchy clientele hanging out in lobby; guys hanging out in their cars behind the hotel. Didn't feel exactly safe. One guy walked up and down the hall, pounding on room doors. Not exactly calming.
