One night during the trip my room was playing music very loudly, and apparently a hotel staff member was knocking on the door to tell us to lower the music. Of course we did not hear him knocking on the door. Instead Of the staff calling our room to notify us of a noise complaint, the staff member decided to enter the room without an invitation. Privacy was definitely violated. This ruined my hotel experience completely that night. You get what you pay for with this hotel. The hotel is not updated at all. The hotel was not dirty but just needed a lot of remodeling and repairs. I'm a broke college student so I was settling for very low prices which meant low standards for my stay in Miami. If I were with my family, this hotel would be a disgusting mess and we would have not stay there. I was also pretty drunk most of the time that hotel so there's probably a lot of nasty things I didn't see. In conclusion, staying at this hotel is valid if your broke trying have fun and be really drunk in Miami.

Dear Guest, The front desk staff did call you to your room. If you didn't hear the knocking on the door, you probably didn't hear the phone either. If the staff member, who had no choice but to open your door completely, ruined your experience, please imagine how your loud music (that got your neighboring guests calling our front desk with complaints) might have completely ruined theirs! We hope you read your comments in a few years, when you're older, and realize how your actions disturbed the peace of our quiet, family friendly hotel. Best regards.
