Everything was fantastic. The daily VIP free breakfast and snacks was a great surprise. The rooftop deck was very nice too.

Would definitely recommend this place for friends visiting the city. Hotel is in a safe place of the city and close to many amazing restaurants and bars. Also get a good night sleep with no noise from outside. The only thing is if they could change the curtains to one that one allow ANY light in from the outside in the morning

El hotel es muy cómodo y está convenientemente ubicado cerca del Angel de la Independencia por lo que hay muchos restaurantes cerca en una zona donde se puede caminar sin problemas. El servicio es muy amable y eficiente. Vale la pena reservar en el piso ejecutivo por el acceso al lounge y el descuento en el desayuno buffet del restaurante que está abajo. En fines de semana es mejor pedir habitaciones que no dan a la calle principal ya que puede ser ruidoso en la noche.

Tengo que agradecer al eficaz staff que me atendió. Nosotras visitamos de Oregon y la atención iba bien hasta… la primer noche que se descompuso el A/C pero inmediatamente me movieron de cuarto a una mejor habitación y estaban siempre al pendiente que estábamos bien. Son muy atentos y muy amables los botones. El restaurante es muy bueno , el buffet desayuno también! Y la zona de business de lo más tranquilo, relajante y delicioso desayuno. La alberca super agradable de lo máximo con vista al ángel con un bar para pedir drinks y comida. Afuera del hotel hay mucho movimiento, puedes caminar, y y es una zona de mucha gente. Definitivamente me volveré a quedar la próxima vez que regrese a CDMX.

One of the reasons I chose this property is because it is a ecohotel. The staff are very friendly and most, if not all, say hello as you walk by which I really enjoyed. The rooms are very clean and bright as well. I wish the larger pool was deeper. It was only about 3 feet. The rectangular pool can be used as lap pool and is around 4 feet, but hardly is the pool free during a hot day. Their service was really good and their Business club is definitely worth it for the free breakfast and happy hour with appetizers, wine and beer.

Great location! Easy access to main transportation as well as short 5 minute walk if you want to do hop on hop off bus. Many restaurants around. The area around has many gay bars and Korean restaurants. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby if you want coffee.

The hotels location was good. The upgrade I received I had to pay for. The main complaint was that the air conditioning did not work well , which made it very difficult to sleep. Once the room did cool down, the housekeeping staff would come in every day and disconnect it,

Only negative for this property is the loud bass heavy music from the outside at night during the weekends. This lasts till around 5 in the morning. Otherwise the king room we booked was very spacious and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable.

We chose this hotel for the pool and location. Both were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The bed was extremely comfortable and had great sleeps. There was an occasional odd smell from the AC but it was minor. The property shows it's age but the value made up for it. If you want an instagram worthy stay, look elsewhere. If you want a great location with a pool, walkable to everything and a great nights sleep, this hotel is perfect.

I like how close this location was to Roma Norte and Polanco which was good for trying bakeries , cafés, and restaurants. Also was about a 2-7 min walk from tons of bar and club options (that dont close till 3am )

The hallway is smelly! Both room does have slippery mats and my wife was felled and luckily she was ok. Strongly recommended to put the both mats!
