The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful in every aspect of our stay from the front desk personnel, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff. The room was very comfortable and bright. The mattress and bedding was also excellent. When traveling it's the service that can make the difference, this location will meet and exceed expectations

Dishonest communication at check in.
The room I have booked (1 king bed) was not available but they didn’t informed me until (after the check in) I was heading to my room and I asked about the vip option of my membership… then I was told it was not an option due to occupancy (totally understandable) but not even my room level nor requested quality were granted… situation that was never mentioned during check in! In addition the bathroom area was not really clean.
