Building designed by Luis Barragan and Max Cetto, the original concept was for it to be inhabited by artists, located in one of Mexico's important neighbourhoods, Cuauhtemoc, this beautiful apartment has a beautiful city view and is within walking distance of one of the busiest and amazing avenues in Mexico, Reforma Avenue.  
  
1BR with 1 BA, a great view from your bed and from the living/dining room.  
  
House rules:  
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors can leave behind unpleasant odors and potentially damage the furniture. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, building, or right outside of it.  
No Parties or Events: To promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that you avoid hosting parties or events at the property  
Quiet Hours: Respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down between 11 pm and 8 am  
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is by 11am. We appreciate your cooperation  
Damage and Breakage Policy: If anything gets damaged during your stay, please let us know promptly  
Proper Waste Disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins, please follow the rules or your apartment/building
