Terrible hotel
The bathroom was a 10, everything else was zero. The staff was not friendly, the beds were falling apart so my son took the mattress off the bed and slept on the floor. The TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Good hotel but bad service from reception
The hotel provides all the necessary amenities and comfort expected but can get too hectic at times with the number of tour groups staying at the hotel. The service is okay but a special call-out should be made for the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of receptionist Juliette R. Her rude behavior was uncalled for especially with polite request and without provocation. It would be remiss not to acknowledge staffer Ibrahim for his patience and good manner in assisting issues with the rooms (lights/AC not working). Thank you

The hotel is a dit old and the beds are quite small, apart from that, overall the hotel is good, the showers are renovated and big. Breakers devers and there are a lot of options.

Service training is needed for few employe . Lot of noice like running water in my room . My room key get désactivâted a lot even at registration I had to go back 3 time at the front desk and the finally put me in a different room

Transportstion is close but not frequent We requested three singles we got a double and a sofa bed, the sofa did not open and therefore had to sleep on the floor when they refused to change beds. Staff are rude and arrogant.

Great trip, friendly and helpful staff. Tram and Metro into the centre of Paris. Large modern Shopping Mall just 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Saeed and Christophe were brilliant throughout the 3 nights we stayed. The lady on reception as well we’re checking out was particularly difficult.

Breakfast and bus tourists.
I was there for 3 days. Every breakfast was crowded by bus-loads of tourists. Quite noisy in the breakfast area. Other areas where used for other hotel guests. That area was not a satisfactory area.

The maids knocked on my door every morning even when I had do not disturb sign on. I was jetlag and trying to sleep. The gym and sauna are not attached and the gym across the way promised isn't nice. Too far from paris.

From my point of view a very expensive hotel for the service and quality you receive. The rooms are not great and the breakfast could be improved. Generally checking in and out is taking a good amount of time. The restaurant is generally full, so sometimes the dinner takes a great while to be served. I'm my case, I'm using it as it's close to my office. But there is room for improvement

Really nice room for a business trip
The deluxe room is really nice, spacious. It is close to the restaurant. My 2 nights were really pleasant. The AC was a bit noisy.

Lovely hotel
A lovely hotel, we stayed for four nights and had a lovely suite room, in the new part of the building. Everything was clean and comfortable and well looked after, staff were attentive and polite. So lovely to have use of the outdoor pool and free parking on site. Our only issue was room service, suppose to take half an hour but was well over an hour and we had to ring to chase the food. More choice on your room service menu would be great and bigger bins in the room very minor things and we would be happy to stay here again.

Bad weekend in Paris
Sofa bed for children had broken metal springs which were coming through the mattress provided which was very dirty. No double beds 2singles made the night very uncomfortable. Area is good for food choice reception staff are pleasant. Definitely need to invest money doing rooms up to a liveable standards

There is a tax charge at the end of the stay which it was not told to us before hand.. it is like 2 euro per day. Also if you do not have a car in Paris, I would not stay at this hotel, it is really out of the way from everything

Rare hotel close to Paris with an outdoor pool
With the extreme heat in Paris over the past two weeks, we were looking for a nice affordable hotel with an outdoor swimming pool (rare in Paris). We were very pleasantly surprised to find an affordable, air conditioned, clean and updated modern room. We had booked the Deluxe Room with breakfast and were not disappointed. Nice comfortable queen size bed and great buffet breakfast with lots of choices and fresh pastries. Pool was great. The only inconvenience was that the pool was not located within the hotel complex, but across the street into a sport complex belonging to the hotel. Great spot to relax and unwind in the sun by the swimming pool. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

Definitely not 4 star
Fire alarm went off at 3am and had to evacuate the hotel. Was due to someone smoking in their room. Staff didn’t let us know what was going on and didn’t seem to really care. Hotel lobby looks 4 star but the rooms do not. Not even a kettle in our room. Lots of building work being carried out now and feel like the pictures are the developers future look.
