到着して連絡しても鍵は届かない。
トータル2時間30分、現地で待っても鍵は届きませんでした。
デポジットをWEB決済で200,000ルピア取られ、24時間 以上経過した今現在も返金はありません。
電話やメッセージを送っても無反応です。
Hotels.comに連絡しても、調べると言っても12時間以上回答なし。"
