The hotel is nice in a good area with supermarket just across the road as well as lots of near cafes and restaurants in addition to its location near to Mestre Station (about 15-20 min walking). Mestre center not too far and just 15 min walking where there are lots of shops and mall. Buses to Venice is around 7-10 min walking only. The only comment was in rooms cleaning. During my 4 nights stay, one day they forgot to clean the room, another day just put towels and arranged the beds but left all glasses without washing or change with clean ones.
Brand new hotel and spotlessly clean with very friendly staff. I stayed in August and the pool was not yet ready which was a shame. Having been to Venice before I wanted to be away from the island and pop in for visits so the location of the hotel was perfect for me. If you want to spend all day and evening sightseeing and dipping into your hotel for brief breaks then you would prefer to be in central Venice but then be prepared for indifferent accommodation which is typically very overpriced. For me the incredible value and quality of the hotel was worth the 30 minute bus ride into Venice on the days I wanted to sight see. Only niggles are that the website makes a big deal of the spa but there is only one treatment available (a massage which was very good) and the gym is not air conditioned so like a sauna in August. The breakfast was excellent (beautiful dining room) but dinner was formal so I think many people went into Venice to wander and eat - again the distance from central Venice would perhaps be an issue if you wanted to do this. But I enjoyed coming back to the hotel, having wine on the terrace in peace and then dinner. The hotel may want to offer a more bar / snack friendly option (e.g. pizza) for people travelling with kids as I did see some families struggle in the restaurant at night. But for couples / solo travellers wanting a place for a 3/4 night break - very good.
The hotel is very close to the Mestre station. The staff was very kind. The family room is very spacious and quiet. There were a lot of good restaurants. When we asked the staff for a good seafood restaurant, they could recommned a good one within a few minutes walk. There are a lot of public tranportation to and from Venezia, meaning that the venue is very convinient. The hotel is very good for everyone, especially for family.
Being first time travellers to Europe, we fumbled our way through things but we knew the Best Western so decided to stay there. Our instincts were correct, the staff were extremely helpful! Breakfast was awesome and the rooms were extremely clean. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

We got there late in the afternoon, we dont have internet service the neighbor was very nice and help us to contact the host, and the host arrived 5 mins later to open the door for us. The room is spacious, clean and comes with air conditioner. Its about 5mins walk to the bus to the island and 7mins walk to the train station. The hotel also has a small fridge shared by all the guests. Its located on a nice street however since its close to the train station, I dont recommend coming back after midnight.
a good deal for the price. There are many hotels of similar level near Mestre Station, but probably this hotel offers one of the best deals. Very helpful staffs, clean and spacious room. Nothing luxury for this price, but very convenient and pleasant. highly recommended.
Northwest of Venice on the mainland, Mestre is often used by travelers as a base for exploring Venice and the Veneto. Piazza Ferretto, Mestre's pedestrian-friendly main square, includes cafes, shops, and the town's 12th-century watchtower. The Brenta Canal, famous for its elegant Palladian villas, empties into the lagoon next to Mestre and stretches to the historic university city of Padua.
