The Train Station BNB is very convenient to the train and bus stations. The streets are flat and there is a choice of restaurants nearby. It is inside a small apartment bloke and a bit quirky. However overall for the price it is very good value. It is not the Hilton Hotel and does not charge like it is. Book early to secure a private bathroom and if you are over 120kilos you will not fit into the shower in room 101.

Not really nice experience! This place is not an hotel (I skipped airbnb for safety reasons) and you have to call a grumpy manager that was denying I had a reservation, while I had a confirmation number. My room didnt have a bed but after arguing I was able to get one. Not clean, neighborhood looks unsafe, but is close from train station. No a/c and I had no electricity in the morning!

Reasonable price. Rooms are clean and wide. But bath room is small and water is cold. Utensils are completely but Oven can't use. Check in time is 2:00pm. But we could use 3:30pm. Whatever price is cheap and close to Venezia Metre station.

I was charged twice for a below standard room. The owner demanded €50 in cash and I later discovered he had already taken payment via Expedia. I was unable to get a refund from either Train Station B&B or Expedia, so I will not be using Expedia again. I was extremely disappointed and angry with both companies and would advise others to be beware.

Good for the price hotel in Venice area

Great location just outside of Venice and great price, but it is an old hotel and no front desk for checkin service. Meet up with a manager once you arrive and call him.
