our house has 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms upstairs)

a bathroom with a sink, 1 shower and 1 WC).
at the ground floor:

cooked:
 fully equipped with an opening on the dining room and the living room as well as an office room.

outside swimming pool (8m x 4m) with a wooden terrace (100m²). the whole on a closed and sported ground, without opposite of 600m ². in a charming subdivision near the town and shops.
we also provide 2 bikes.

We had a truly unforgettable stay in Mesanges at Florence and Christophe's house. A beautiful, perfectly furnished house, a great property in a fantastic location, a beautiful area and last but not least, very helpful, courteous and lovely hosts! We will be happy to come back. We all love this house!! This is our second stay here and all the family had a wonderful holiday. The pool is warm and beautifully clean...we could not get the children out of it!! The house is very generously equipped and spacious inside as well as being on a very private plot, in a quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful sandy Messanges beach is a quick 10 minute cycle ride away and the piste cyclable is only a couple of minutes cycle in the other direction. We had fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery every morning and Vieux Boucau with its markets, lake, restaurants and delicious ice creams is only a 15 minute cycle away. Thank you Christophe and Florence....we hope to be back!

Maison bien placée, très bien équipée, lotissement calme et proche du bourg. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Les vélos mis à disposition dans l'annonce ne sont pas en bon état donc il vaut mieux prévoir de les louer. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Séjour au top dans une maison très bien équipée, très bien située, très propre. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et malgré un terrain plus petit qu'imaginé, on ne s'est jamais senti à l'étroit. Accès à la plage en moins de 10 minutes en vélo, commerce à proximité, très calme, piscine super, tout était très bien.

Das Haus war toll, Entfernung zum Stand mit dem Auto ca 10 min, zu Fuß etwa 40. die Kommunikation war teilweise etwas anstrengend (etwas ausschweifend). Bei genauerem Hinsehen fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie zB genug Spülmaschientabs oder Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmerfenstern, die Fahrräder sind platt, der große Tisch wackelt.. insgesamt aber ein toller Urlaub

Malgré un bon accueil de Christophe l'hôte, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise : piscine HS et nous n'étions pas prévenu à l'avance ! La propreté était très limitée dans toutes les pièces, alors que l'on a payé un forfait supplémentaire de 150 € obligatoire à l'hôte dès notre arrivée. Avons été déçu mais la maison en elle même est belle et sympa.

Maison magnifique, les photos représentent exactement le lieu. Décoration superbe et agencement très fonctionnel. Tout l'équipement nécessaire à la cuisine est présent. On pourrai se croire chez soi. Petit plus extraordinaire, la piscine était à 21 le soir du réveillon.

Nous venons de passer un séjour remarquable en famille dans cette magnifique villa pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Christophe qui est un homme très avenant et accessible en cas de besoin. La villa est superbement décorée avec goût, elle est équipée de tout ce qui est nécessaire voire plus pour le quotidien. En plein automne nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée. Nous avons visité Hossegor et dégusté des huîtres fraîches sur le lac : quel régal ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Our family have all loved our two weeks in this beautiful house with plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed its perfect location with an easy cycle ride to the beautiful sandy beach and to the cycle path through the pine forests. We all made the most of the crystal clear swimming pool and secluded outdoor area. The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We were very happy that we were able to hold our booking over the pandemic and it was definitely worth waiting 2 years to come! Thank you Christophe and Florence for a wonderful holiday and we would love to come back!
