The red headed gal at the front desk was so friendly. The hotel was a great location. Very close the the interstate.

Low price.

Cons: See above.
Location: Location was convenient.
-Dirty soap dish. -Tub, slow drain. -Slow flush. -Carpet stains obvious. -Desk/table sagged. -A/C did not cycle properly on "auto". -Bed was comfortable, slept well enough. -Would rate this hotel as "cut-rate".

Great hotel

Hotel was near family, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in Mesa. Couldn't be the location off the highway. Great for the price.

Nice hotel, convenient location.

Pros: Convenient location, affordable price, free breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: Our room seemed very dark .. maybe some better lighting. Hire more housekeeping staff! Pretty bad when you have to call for clean towels.
Front desk employees were all very kind and pleasant. Quick check-in. Room was clean and nice. Delicious free breakfast every morning. Was a little disappointed that the ice machine on our floor was out of order .. had to go downstairs to get ice every day. Maid service was extremely poor! We stayed 4 nights .. our bed was only made once! I had to call for clean towels at the end of the day because no one had shown up by 7pm to clean and restock. Apparently they need to hire more staff.

A Nice Place To Stay.

Pros: It was near my family members, with easy on and off access to the expressway.
Cons: A fitness center.
Location: There is stores and restaurants nearby in close proximity.
It was a pleasant hotel. Somewhat older with older bathrooms.

nice but needs a little more cleaning

Pros: everything with staff was great
Cons: cleaning
Location: lots of eating places
in the bathroom the toilet was loose and when I lifted the tabs to tighen it the underneath was dirty with urine it just wasn't cleaned enough
