clean hotel and safe environment

I stayed by myself for the first time and I felt very safe and clean at this hotel. I love how the complimentary breakfast includes warm foods like eggs and waffles, while other hotels just have cereal. Overall my stay was very comfortable

Reasonable hotel with delicious breakfast

I recently stayed here for 1 night and chose this hotel for 4.1 out of 5 ratings. Front desk staff courteous and polite. Complimentary breakfast available from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Room was alright but it would be nice if hotel offered memory foam mattresses and pillows. Pillows were not soft nor firm plain awkward. Bathroom was good, nice shower but spouse found 2 dirty towels in bathroom not acceptable for Best Western... Breakfast was great waffles, fresh pastries, orange juice, coffee, cereal, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon best part of hotel stay

Location was nice, but......

We were able to get a little earlier check-in than normal which was nice but, the room smelled stale and was warm when we entered, the fridge would not get very cold. The carpet was filthy.and stained. The door looked like it had been fixed from a break-in ( wood putty).Our room was #117, right next to the fitness room and at 5 AM someone was very clearly on the treadmill running for 30 minutes. Sounded like an overloaded and unbalanced washing machine.Loud.

Clean rooms and friendly service. Mini fridge in room didn't work, but otherwise a good stay.

Nice for the Price

Pros: Convenient location to the Mesa/Gilbert areas, clean room, & helpful staff.
Cons: Perhaps a foam topper on the mattress? Also providing half & half for the coffee & an upgrade on the coffee itself.
Location: It's in Mesa & close to Gilbert
Room & the Hotel over all were clean. Bed was not luxurious but passable. Full breakfast included. My only complaint is that the coffee in the lobby, as part of the breakfast was not very good & they did not have real cream (half & half) for the coffee. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price & I would stay there again. I would just need to drive to the nearest Starbucks for some halfway decent coffee.

Hotel- okay.

Best western plus was okay. The bathroom was not very clean and the carpet was filthy. I stayed for 5 nights and they didn’t clean my room 2 of the days. There were hairs in the sink from the people before us. I accidentally left my pillow and they said they never found it so obviously one of the maids got a new down pillow. It was quiet, so either the walls were insulated or the people on each side of us were quiet. The beds were fine and the breakfast was fine.

Pros: It was clean, the staff was friendly, rooms were nice, and was in an overall nice area.
Cons: Just the shower thing.
Location: Next to the freeway. Lot of restaurants and grocery stores right. Not much in the way of nearby shopping except there's a Target right up the street.
One nite stay and the overall experience was good. Only drawback was that the shower backed up. Talked to the guy at the front desk during checkout, and was told that I wasn't the only patron experiencing issues with that. Said they're maintenance guys have been trying, and failing, to fix the issue. Will have to hire and outside party to fix. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was edible if you have no other choice. The freeway access was an excellent bonus. However, the room was a 4/10 in cleanliness. Our room had two beds and one had human hair in it. There was cereal on the floor, the bathroom towels were USED and the shower had clogging. Because we only needed the room for one night and had a long journey ahead, we asked for the towels to be replaced and voweled to never book this hotel again.
