Will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone...EVER!!
Arrived ay 11:45pm, the man ay front desk could not check me in because he was locked out of the system. Made me wait 3 1/2 hours and i fell asleep in my car because there was a sketchy guy walking around the parking lot and i didnt feel safe leaving my luggage bag on top of my car. Finally at 3:30am the fromt desk attendant just told me he would need my id and credit card and he will just check me in once the next person gets there in the.morning. He gave me a room that had plates with half eaten food left in the fridge, empty yogurt cups on the table, tortilla chips on the floor. It definitely did not look housekeeping had taken care òf tbe room, which makes me think the sheets on the bed were probably the same sheeys thr last guest slept on
Disgusting. I explained all of this the next morning as i checked out, vut unfortunately the manager was not in at the time but the woman she me she would give the manager the detailed note she had taken and that he would csll me no later than friday. Here we are the following Thursday, almost a week and i still hadnt heard.a word from the manager. I called todayand spoke with the manager, he briefly apologized and told me that expedia had credited the transaction back to my card. I have yet to receive my money back from either Expedia or Best Western Inn. I have a copy of the transaction if this is something i need to send in. All around i am SUPER disappointed with the entire experience and am expecting to be refunded immediately.
