La maison située à Merville Franceville est une destination de choix pour des vacances en famille ou un week-end en bord de plage.   
Avec son portail électrique, et la possibilité de stationner deux ou trois véhicules, vous pouvez profiter de votre séjour en toute tranquillité.  
  
En entrant dans la maison, vous accédez à une belle pièce de vie spacieuse avec un espace salon équipé d'une télévision et d'un poêle à bois pour des soirées conviviales. L'espace repas peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes et donnera l'occasion de profiter de moments de partage agréables durant les repas. La cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de vie vous permettra de préparer vos plats préférés et est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner : four, plaque de cuisson, réfrigérateur et congélateur.  
  
La pièce de vie donne accès à une véranda qui offre une vue sur le jardin clos situé à l'arrière de la maison. Ce jardin est parfait pour vous offrir un moment de calme et de détente ensoleillé. Avec son petit barbecue, il est idéal pour des soirées conviviales en famille ou entre amis. Les enfants pourront quant à eux jouer en toute sécurité.  
  
La chambre au rez-de-chaussée possède une salle d'eau privative et un WC. Cette pièce est confortable, lumineuse, et permettra de démarrer la journée en toute sérénité.  
  
À l'étage, vous découvrirez une chambre équipée d'un lit simple qui se transforme en deux places (2 x 90 cm), une seconde chambre équipée d'un lit double (140), et une grande troisième chambre équipée d'un canapé clic-clac (140). Une salle de bain et un WC séparé complètent l'étage.  
  
La plage est située à deux pas de la maison (650 m), vous pourrez aisément y accéder, flâner sur le sable fin et profiter des vagues de la mer. Pour les plus sportifs, de nombreuses activités sont proposées dans la région : golf, équitation, randonnées, sports nautiques, etc.  
  
Cette maison de vacances est idéale pour des vacances réussies en Normandie, avec son cadre agréable et relaxant, son confort et l'accessibilité à la plage.  
  
Elle est située sur la route de Cabourg, mais une fois le portail fermé les enfants ne sont pas en danger et le jardin est situé à l'arrière de la maison donc peu de nuisance.  
  
Nous acceptons les chèques vacances (selon plateforme de réservation).  
Le linge de lit, les serviettes et le ménage de fin séjour ne sont pas inclus, vous pouvez choisir d'inclure ces prestations aux prix de :
