Situé dans un parc résidentiel de loisirs à seulement 300 mètres de la plage, ce chalet vous accueille pour des vacances simples et reposantes, à petits prix. Ici, pas de luxe tape-à-l'œil, mais un lieu authentique, fonctionnel et plein de charme, pensé pour que vous vous y sentiez bien — comme à la maison. Dès l’arrivée, on est saisi par le calme du lieu, le chant des oiseaux et cette vue dégagée que l’on savoure encore plus sur la terrasse exposée plein sud. Le jardin clos et arboré invite à la détente, pendant que les enfants jouent en toute liberté. La voiture ? Vous pouvez la stationner à l’intérieur du terrain. À l’intérieur, une pièce de vie lumineuse vous attend, avec son salon cosy, sa table ronde pour des repas conviviaux, et une cuisine toute équipée : plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, petit électroménager… rien ne manque, même pas le lave-linge dans la salle d’eau ! Les toilettes sont séparées, pratique pour toute la famille. Au rez-de-chaussée, une première chambre vous permet d’admirer les étoiles depuis votre lit — un vrai petit luxe pour les rêveurs. À l’étage, une mezzanine avec un lit double en 140 et une chambre mansardée avec un autre lit 140 offrent un bel espace nuit, idéal pour les enfants ou les amis. Le parc lui-même est un terrain de jeu : court de tennis, terrain de pétanque, piste cyclable qui passe juste devant… Tout est réuni pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur, respirer, s’amuser et se retrouver. Jean Yves ne vous promet pas un palace, mais un petit nid simple, accueillant et sans prétention, où les souvenirs d’été se créent autour d’un barbecue, d’une partie de pétanque ou d’une promenade pieds nus dans le sable.
