Well we have being going the last 4 years to the cassaurina tree and we never had a problem from the management the owners and especially the staff the cleaners they couldn't do enough for us .They our all very friendly and so welcome we had a beautiful room that was all done up and it made our stay ...
Staff very friendly and helpful very clean and tidy
It's location in London is very unique. The reception staff on our arrival and in the restaurant during breakfast were less than friendly.
Perfectly comfortable for a one night stay in a snug room.
Our bedroom was light, airy and spacious. We were situated on the ground floor and able to have the door to the patio area open all night. Breakfast was lovely. Great way to meet other guests sitting around the breakfast table chatting. Copious amounts of tea and chat.
Giulia provides genuine hospitality, including excellent, practical advice.
Great staff and property. Friendly and congenial. Great location. Great dining and English Breakfast. Large, clean room. All mod cons and more. Franky the Pub's dog is a friendly bloke. Overall, wonderful stay. Thank you!
