Sky @21 studio casita is the perfect place to relax, rewind and rejuvenate.
This luxury studio casita and the spa settings are perfect for romantic getaways, content creators, and Zen lovers alike.
A fully furnished, newly built studio casita with a king bed that can also convert into two single beds. Multiple seating areas, pool, hot tub, cold plunge, 5 min walk to the Gulf of Mexico and your own bright airy suite with a private entrance to retreat to. What more can you ask for!
The shared space offers a 4th story seating area with breathtaking 360 degree view that includes the ria, Chelem, and the Gulf of Mexico.
The shared space 2nd story offers a full outdoor kitchen, seating for dinning, indoor seating area, and bathroom.
Then of course there is the amazing shared garden/pool area with a hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
It would be easy to spend your stay enjoying the beach just outside your door. But if you want to explore a little more, make the 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso Malecon, a 30 min drive to the beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The City of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many, many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car? That’s ok, Tuk tuks, taxis, Uber, and private drivers are all available for hire.
Getting Around:
There are Tuk tuks, Uber, combi bus, and private drivers in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Because we are a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico the area can have power and internet outages. If this should happen the hosts will do everything in their power to get these services restored however there will be no refunds or discounts due to loss of utility services.

#### We would come again!
We had an overall very pleasant and wonderful stay at the Studio Sky at 21.The view from the studio and the roof top is amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the place was clean.Unfortunately the tap water flow and availability was not consistent. Sometimes there was no water coming out of the tap for cleaning dishes or showering. It sometimes takes time (1-20 minutes) to finally get water flowing. Can be annoying. The pool is a shared place with three other separate accommodations which are located on the property. The pool was clean and well maintained. The location of the place is next to a main road, but luckily is was not too loud. Furthermore the place is literally 4 minutes from the beach which is a very cool feature. The next supermarket and town Center of Chelem is a 3 minute car ride or 30 minutes walking. The communication with the host is excellent. Keep in mind to double check the address and location with the host. We would definitely come back.
