The space
Warm and Cozy 1300sq ft custom log home with WATER ACCESS to Lake Winnipesaukee via private Fish Cove Association. Nestled upon a hill, you can relax outside on teak rocking chairs while on a wrap around deck and/or master balcony, with a views of surrounding woods. Walk or drive down to the Private Fish Cove Association which stores two (2) kayaks ( see our guidebook for more info: must sign water waiver before use), picnic area & playground. Day Dock( Drop off and Pick Up Only) is available with 20 minute max for loading or unloading passengers only. There is no association beach access, dock or mornings for this property.
Beautiful Scenic views from Fish Cove Association area, which is a short walk from the home. The house is clean, open, and has lots of natural light. Lots of warm interior pine and comfortable furnishings with an absolutely stunning cast iron propane remote controlled fireplace.
Relax outside with a custom blue stone fireplace.
You can't beat the location. Nearby you have boating, town beach, swimming, sailing, hiking, skiing, sightseeing and shopping. Gunstock is 20 minutes away, restaurants, marinas, boat ramps, and shops are all nearby.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.
20 minute maximum for loading or unloading passengers. NO DOCK SPACE or MOORINGS AVAILABLE to RENTERS, SORRY.
If you decide to bring you own boat and trailer, there's Public ramp in Meredith Town to trailer the boat in an out of the lake for a fee (aprx $20).

Great long weekend, would stay again!
House and property exactly as shown. Very comfortable and clean. Quick drive to town, very quiet woodsy lot. Gas fireplace was easy to use and a great addition to the early fall ambiance. Kitchen was well equipped.
Very small areas for improvement - Unfortunately there was no place to hang clothes in the main bedroom, nor an iron/board. Totally understand the 5pm check-in time, however we arrived at 4:50, and had to sit outside until 5 sharp when our lock code would work. Maybe there is a possibility your code can be engaged when cleaners have left?
Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning!

Cozy!!
We loved this home! Everything was set up so cute and it just has that perfect cabin in the woods feel. My dogs loved watching birds on the porch and I loved knowing they couldn’t escape. This home is also close to downtown which was perfect for us.

Nice location
The property is darling, with a nice outside space and trails behind the house. The proximity to downtown Meredith is very convenient. We loved the cribbage table and enjoyed the ambiance of the gas stove. The downstairs bed could use updating, it would be ok for children but not very comfortable for an adult.
