Smelled horribly like smoke and had burn marks from cigarettes all over the bath tub . We checked out after 10 minutes of being there . Completely disgusted.

I did not like how rude the staff are and the cleanliness of the bedding

Not bad to just sleep. TV service went in and out. Nothing comfortable to sit on. Pet friendly was nice, but a dog left a pile on the sidewalk and no one cleaned it up.

Poor service, no cups, pans, etc even though I had a kitchenette.

We appreciate hearing from you. About the amenities, we include the basics in the rate and then allow guests to customize so they pay only for what they want to use (like cookware, a coffeemaker, etc.). It would be a bit shocking if you weren't expecting this and we're so sorry we disappointed you.

The property and building was fairly new. However the other guests were noisy til 4 am and they were smoking marijuana which came into our room. This is a non smoking building and nothing was done.
