Dear Javier, Thank you for this review of your recent stay.It is rewarding to read that our spectacular views lived up to your expectations!On the other hand, we are sorry to read you felt uncomfortable with our temperature policies. The temperatures in Menorca during your stay were 9º min. and 17º max. Celsius (48º min. and 64º max. Fahrenheit). It is true that at noon the temperature in your room is hotter due to the fact that that room is facing the sun, but the outside temperature is still cool during the day and cold at night, that is why when we offered you a superior room not facing the sun which interior temperature did not exceed 19º Celsius / 66 Fahrenheit and you did not want to move, we offered you the fan and recommend opening the window a little during the hottest time of the day (we remember that the outdoor average temperature during the day was about 14º Celsius / 57º Fahrenheit).We understand that the temperature issue is very delicate as everyone has a personal preference, but with the commented outdoor temperatures range our policies and measures to tackle air pollution and our commitment with the environment we do not allow ourselves to turn on the mechanism of air conditioning in the hotel, and we always offer non-polluting alternatives to our guests.We do hope that this experience will not deter you from considering Artiem Audax Hotel for your future visits and allow us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hospitality.Best regards,Javier Martínez, General Manager
