Reception staff was fantastic Kristi is an exceptional host. Dining: limited choice , below standard service with attitude. You must have a reservation even on an empty dining room. Food was below Italian standard . Overcooked pasta (possibility of frozen meal reheat it) Rooms where better than any competitors around there so was brekfast service open rigorously 7 to 10 am , 10:04 the waiters were closing the buffet. Suggestion: upgrade yor dinner service to simple freshly prepared choices and extend breakfast service to 10:30.

The room we had was huge and perfect for a family with teenagers The hotel is well maintained It’s not in the city of Como but 15 minutes away by car But it’s perfect because it has parking lot and it’s free So for us that was the best part because parking in the city center is quite tricky.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. On site parking lot was convenient. Not too many dining options in walking distance. Very nice for the one night we stayed.

Ok place but not if you need food
When the hotels.com advert for this hotel tells me it has a restaurant i expect a restaurant, not on arrival telling me the restaurant is closed until the 7th January, and an explanation that a restaurant is open 10 minutes away, after we have been traveling for 8 hours!! But if they can serve a hot breakfast the next morning how can the place be closed!! Not happy staff either Tino looked like he found 10 euro but lost 50, its called hospitality!! Also hairs on the bed!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff from receptionists to the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff, were extremely helpful and polite. They attended to all of our needs. They assisted us with booking a taxi and turned off our air conditioning at night to reduce noise. Would recommend that you get a hire car however. We lost our credit card so were unable to get our pre-booked hire car. Thank you, Hotel Cruise!

Overall good stay
Pros- Great location if driving as 10 mins from Como central. Clean friendly staff Cos- no iron In the room, no kettle in the room which is a huge negative. In the Uk there is a kettle in every hotel large or small. This is vital when you have small children or need a hot water bottle!

Unexpected Luxury
The room was spacious, clean. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Check-in was easy and plenty of free on premise parking. Not far from lake Como by car.
