"Close to center of City, good variety of restaura."
Very close to parks, restaurants & other amenities in central Mendoza. Good breakfast buffet, helpful staff, easy ride to airport, about US$10 each way. I would recommend to anyone visiting this wonderful city.

clean, conveniently located. staff was cordial albeit not terribly gracious outwardly. Overall an excellent choice for a traveler or budget traveler who wants a good hotel. Not upscale enough for the business traveler who needs an impressive place for consultation meetings.
We spend 4 days in Mendoza at the Huentala the hotel is well located downtown within walking distance of many major touristic sites. The breakfast is excellent and the personel very nice, the room are modern and very confortable. Highly recomended. We visited some wineries it is a good experience.

The Hotel Mendoza is wonderfully situated, just a block from Mendoza's central square and the peatonal, and thus offers a cheaper downtown alternative to the Park Hyatt. At the same time, though, it does have its limits: when we were there, several pieces of gym equipment were broken, and the internet connection was spotty. And yet, the buffet breakfast on the tenth floor was quite pleasant, and the staff were utterly accommodating in allowing us to leave luggage for an extra afternoon. It doesn't exactly sparkle, in short, but is a reasonably appealing option.

The lobby is nice. The hotel staff are nice and speak good English. I was a little worried about the room (paid a low rate) on below level floor towards the back. Seemed dark and dingy at first. But once I opened the curtains and window for fresh air, it was perfectly fine. I also didn't appreciate that because of its location it was very quiet at night. I stayed only one night, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Endless coffee with warm milk, pastries, yogurt, fruit. Overall I enjoyed my stay more than expected! If you will not be spending much time in your room like me, it is a great choice.

This hotel is in a great location across from Italia Park. There are great restaurants and wine bodegas in walking distance. The rooms are actually suites and are very comfortable.
Some amenities such as the tiny unheated pool and the gym could do with an overhaul. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

The Villagio is very nice and close to many sites. It has a modern pool a bit small sparkling clean good for cooling off in hot Mendoza weather. My daughter and I rented a room for 4 nights - it had single beds and foam pillows. The info in the room said you could request down pillows and I tried to get some but they gave me another foam pillow. There is a safe in the room and shampoos/soaps. Nice large soft towels.
The breakfast buffet included lots of cakes, some fruit, toast, cold eggs and bacon, cereal, sweetened yogurt, a hunk of cheese, bread for toasting, coffee, tea and bottled juices.
You have to reserve the hot tub if you want to use it. That was a bit strange. They also have a small gym with Pilates.
The front desk helped set up a wine tour and get taxis. All in all a good experience.
Recommend the free walking tour at 11am. Lots of history.
This walkable city, full of attractive parks and city plazas, is located in western Argentina at the foot of the Andes Mountains, and within Argentina's world-class wine country. Near Mendoza, rafting, skiing, hiking, and mountain climbing are options as are tours of the region's hundreds of wineries. In the evenings, Arístides Villanueva Avenue offers bars, restaurants and plenty of nightlife.
